Hexagon’s Asset Lifecycle Intelligence division is seeking an Implementation Consultant responsible for the setup/installation, configuration, and customization of technical solutions, applications, or process designs for clients’ purchased or outsourced technology and business outcome solutions. Key Responsibilities:
- Work independently to manage initial client access, map and transfer data, create process documentation, and provide training or coordinate training for client users.
- Test and troubleshoot installed systems functionality, identifying technical issues for escalation to product and system integration teams.
- Provide feedback based on client experiences to drive product and process improvement.
- Maintain adherence to customer service level objectives and client support contract details.
- Interact with end users and partners for requirements gathering, training, and technical support.
- Act as a technical lead on project implementations, offering direction and guidance to the team.
- Identify additional product/service opportunities within client organizations.
- Travel to client plant locations as needed during project execution.
Work Conditions:
This is a full-time position that may involve remote work as well as onsite client support. Engineers must be prepared to visit customer locations during project execution.
