As an Implementation Engineer at Adyen, you will be the key contact for our merchant’s technical teams, assisting them in designing, building, testing, and launching their integrations with our platform while ensuring an outstanding merchant experience throughout the project. Your role will involve projects related to payments for Point of Sale (POS), marketplaces, e-commerce, and card issuing programs. You will act as an expert on both the technical aspects of our products and the merchant's business requirements, ensuring a smooth merchant experience and providing continuous feedback to our product teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Integration Design: Utilize your technical consulting experience to assist merchants during their integration with Adyen, ensuring the technical integrity and quality of their integrations.
- Project Management: Work closely with merchants and various Adyen teams to guarantee high-quality project delivery.
- Consultation: Provide expert consultation to merchants on optimizing payments using the Adyen platform, focusing on checkout experience, payment authentication, omni-channel payments, platform onboarding, and innovative payment solutions.
- Collaboration: Partner with Developers and Product Managers to provide continuous feedback aimed at enhancing our platform.
Who You Are:
- 4+ years of experience in a technical role.
- Experience in client-facing or consultative positions.
- Proficient in Web APIs and software development; ability to engage with APIs and code if necessary.
- Excellent communication skills with a strong command of English.
