Position

We're looking for sharp, highly motivated individuals to join our team! As an Implementation/Onboarding Lead for the Middle East (Dubai) region, you'll work effectively with our top clients and be responsible for the success of client launch and implementation. You will aim to set our clients up for maximum adoption, usage, and future growth on the platform. You'll support our Enterprise and Mid-Market sales teams to drive revenue growth, operational excellence, and exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with customers and internal teams to understand the needs and goals of each customer, creating mutually beneficial goals and influencing the customer.
  • Develop a strategy for a seamless launch and implementation that enhances employee adoption and usage, supervising for 2-4 months post-launch and providing data-based recommendations for improvement.
  • Communicate effectively and manage internal and external stakeholders by setting and managing timelines and project plans for implementation.
  • Ensure proper training for customers by creating video or written collateral, hosting office hours, and facilitating training on navigating tools and programs.
  • Complete tactical and technical account setup, including API, SFTP, or expense integrations, and submitting Monthly Billing Applications to finance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, marketing, and customer support to ensure smooth onboarding and a strong client experience.
  • Think creatively to solve problems and mitigate them from recurring.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Fluent in English & Arabic
  • 3+ years of experience in a client-facing role and/or project management
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
  • Proficient in data analysis, interpreting results for meaningful conclusions
  • Experience in influencing stakeholders to drive decision-making

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong prioritization skills for managing time effectively and delivering on goals with multiple customers
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills, both written and verbal, along with strong group facilitation skills
  • Excellent organizational skills with a balance of attention to detail and swift execution
  • Ability to thrive in new and fast-paced environments
  • Tech-savviness, with experience in Salesforce being a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
