We are seeking an enthusiastic Implementation Project Manager to join our Customer Success Team in Riyadh. In this role, you will manage projects from ideation to completion, facilitate customer onboarding, and ensure successful deployment and user enablement. You’ll be part of a passionate team dedicated to solving complex business problems and driving innovation. This position requires a proactive mindset and an ability to thrive in an agile environment.
Responsibilities
- Plan, oversee, and lead projects, ensuring successful technical deployment and functional rollout.
- Engage with customers for their technical and functional rollouts related to Seclore.
- Conduct initial customer onboarding and lead kick-off meetings, establishing timelines and project plans.
- Record and mitigate risks associated with project deployment, aligning technical and functional resources as necessary.
- Manage customer relationships, team interactions, and escalations, including maintaining communication through the Implementation Dashboard and Issue Register.
- Complete project milestones as scheduled and manage change in relation to project scope.
- Ensure the smooth transition of projects to Customer Success Managers, providing complete documentation.
- Collaborate with product support, product management, and engineering teams.
- May require travel for up to 40-50% to customer locations.
Qualifications and Experience
- BE/B Tech/MSc (Computer Science)/MCA with 7-12 years of experience, including 5-7 years managing Implementation Projects. An MBA is an added advantage.
- Experience in managing Implementation Projects in DLP/Security Products and engaging with top management.
- Hands-on, techno-functional candidates preferred, with solid knowledge of IT landscape in medium to large organizations.
- Project Management qualifications such as PMP, CAPM, or Prince2 are desirable.
