Work Conditions: Hybrid, Full-time
Responsibilities:
- Conduct requirements gathering using various techniques like workshops and document analysis to define customer needs.
- Lead workshops for medium to large stakeholder groups and assist clients in customizing Noggin Solutions.
- Design functional solutions to meet customer specifications and oversee the configuration tasks carried out by Configuration Analysts.
- Test system functionality through comprehensive test plans and manage defect remediation activities.
- Provide product demonstrations and tailored training sessions to customers.
- Document user guides and training materials, adhering to the Noggin project methodology.
- Maintain in-depth knowledge of Noggin products and solutions, offering expert advice to customers.
- Assist in scoping implementations and act as the first point of escalation for support issues.
- Mentor junior team members and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team.
Basic Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Commerce, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in business or software analysis, particularly in SaaS or software implementation.
- Experience in requirements gathering, designing software solutions, and product analysis is preferred.
Additional Information:
- Eligible and willing to obtain security clearance.
- Occasional travel (under 10%).
- No relocation provided.
