About the Role
Customer Implementation Management leads the new customer implementation process, bridging sales and operational activities from sales award to onboarding to stable operation. The role ensures a smooth transition of new or additional business into the organization, acting as the customers’ center of gravity on implementations and issue resolution. You will drive the overall implementation project plan across all geographies and ensure delivery of all functions involved, rolling off customer accounts once the implementation phase is completed.

Responsibilities
- Manage the new customer implementation process
- Serve as the primary contact for customers during implementations and issue resolution
- Drive the implementation project plan across various locations
- Collaborate with different functions to ensure project delivery
- Transition accounts post-implementation
- Coach and mentor less experienced staff and oversee the work of other professionals
- Use technical and discipline knowledge to influence long-term tactical decisions
- Work independently within defined boundaries, while also managing complex tasks with support
- Evaluate solutions and methodologies effective within your area of expertise
Requirements
- Previous work experience in a related area or practical knowledge from advanced education
- Proven ability to manage teams day-to-day and set priorities for task completion
- Strong project management capabilities
- Ability to influence others and make tactical decisions
- Solid understanding of practical methods and techniques in implementation processes
- Excellent organizational skills and ability to work independently
