About the Role The role involves implementation and support of Application Software, particularly focusing on CBUAE Payment Systems such as ICCS, WPS, FTS, DDS, and IPP. The position requires excellent communication abilities to effectively collaborate with clients and team members. The ideal candidate will leverage their technical expertise to ensure successful deployment and support while managing multiple priorities and projects. Responsibilities - Implement and support application software in accordance with CBUAE Payment Systems. - Collaborate with clients and internal teams to perform software implementations and resolve application issues. - Support System Integration Testing (SIT) and User Acceptance Testing (UAT). - Troubleshoot and analyze application problems efficiently. - Manage multiple project implementations and shifting priorities. - Provide customer support during the implementation phase and address any software-related issues that arise. Requirements - Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, or a related field. - 4–5 years of experience in application software implementation. - Proficiency in .Net/.Net Core technology. - Experience with application servers, SQL databases, and basic SQL query writing. - Familiarity with APIs, web services, and application integration techniques. - Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. - Knowledge of cloud platforms would be an advantage. - Experience with ticketing systems and remote support tools. - Willingness to travel for customer implementation and support as necessary.
