Responsibilities
- Lead supply chain initiatives from end-to-end, diagnosing gaps and implementing fixes.
- Build and maintain operational dashboards that track essential supply chain and instock metrics across the network.
- Conduct data analytics to surface insights, identify trends, and support team decision-making.
- Streamline metrics visibility for internal stakeholders, ensuring the right data is accessible at the right time.
- Drive process improvement initiatives and actively participate in cross-functional working groups.
- Collaborate with supply chain, fulfillment, and planning teams to elevate operational performance.
- Take ownership of operational challenges, analyze data comprehensively, and implement effective corrective actions.
- Source store-level pricing and promotions and execute using internal tools.
- Weekend coverage may be required occasionally, but the role is structured to not exceed a 5-day work week.
Requirements

Basic Qualifications:
- Experience using Microsoft Excel to analyze data and assess performance drivers.
- Experience managing inventory in a retail or distribution setting.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
