About the Role
The Instore Digital Specialist is responsible for enhancing both customer experiences and coworker efficiency by driving and refining instore digital solutions. They serve as the crucial bridge between physical store operations and digital platforms, ensuring the effective implementation and optimization of technologies such as marketing automation and AI initiatives. This role supports the scalable rollout of these solutions across stores, focusing on operational readiness, coworker training, and performance measurement.

What You Will Do:

Digital Solutions Management

• Own and operate instore digital solutions such as kiosks, assisted selling tools, digital signage, mobile tools, and customer meeting point solutions across the store.
• Monitor and analyze performance of instore digital solutions, using KPIs to identify gaps and deliver actionable insights.
• Ensure operational readiness and adoption, including coworker training, SOP creation, and support during rollout and post-launch phases.

Omnichannel Integration

• Drive omnichannel integration instore, ensuring seamless connection between physical touchpoints and digital channels to reduce customer journey friction and improve cross-channel usage.

Marketing and AI Initiatives

• Support marketing automation execution instore to ensure campaign accuracy and increase engagement and conversion rates.
• Support AI-enabled and data-driven initiatives instore, such as assisted selling intelligence, ensuring successful pilot execution and readiness for scale.

Stakeholder Coordination

• Coordinate vendors and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery, maintenance, and enhancement of digital solutions.

Required Skills To Be Successful:

• Strong documentation and training capabilities.
• Analytical and improvement-oriented mindset.
• Comfortable operating in fast-paced retail environments.
• Experience supporting AI or data-driven initiatives.

What Qualifies You For The Role:

• Experience working with digital solutions in a retail or omnichannel environment.
• Strong understanding of customer journeys across physical and digital touchpoints.
• Working knowledge of instore technologies, APIs, CMS, basic integrations, and analytics tools.
• Hands-on experience in web and mobile technologies, with experience in programming languages.
