Key Responsibilities
- Check figures, postings, and documents for accuracy
- Record, store, access, and analyze computerized financial information
- Control and secure cash and cash equivalents according to cash handling policy
- Organize and maintain files and records according to document retention policies
- Prepare and distribute statistical, financial, accounting, auditing, or payroll reports
- Audit and reconcile all revenue postings
- Follow company safety and security policies; report accidents and unsafe conditions
- Maintain professional appearance, confidentiality, and protect company assets
- Welcome and acknowledge guests, anticipating their needs
- Communicate clearly and professionally, both in speech and writing
- Develop positive working relationships with colleagues and support team goals
- Comply with quality assurance expectations and standards
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds
- Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors
