Key Responsibilities
- Source and headhunt candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and your own network
- Screen, interview, and shortlist candidates against client requirements
- Present qualified candidates and manage them through the interview process
- Negotiate offers and manage candidates through to onboarding
- Maintain candidate records and updates in our Applicant Tracking System (ATS)
- Bring your own candidates and, where possible, identify new client opportunities
Requirements
- 4+ years of recruitment experience (agency or in-house) in the UAE or GCC
- Proven track record of closing positions
- Strong sourcing and search skills
- A strong candidate network in Dubai and the GCC
- Presentable with excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- Valid UAE residency with a freelance permit or trade license (or the ability to obtain one)
- Your own laptop, phone, and internet connection
