Independent Recruitment Partner (Build Your Own Practice)

About the Role
You’ve filled everyone else’s pipeline. Isn’t it time to build your own? You know the feeling. The late-night shortlist. The client who trusts you. The placement that changes someone’s career. You did the work. But someone else’s name is on the door. What if your name was on yours?
At the company, we’re opening the door to a small founding group of Independent Recruitment Partners — experienced recruiters who want to build and run their own recruitment practice without starting from zero.
The deal is simple:

• You own your clients, specialisation, and success.
• We give you the platform, infrastructure, tools, and support to build your business properly.

What You Get From Us

• A brand that opens doors. The company’s credibility behind every conversation you have.
• Infrastructure that's ready on day one. Recruitment tools, templates, and structured systems so you can spend your time recruiting, not building admin.
• People in your corner. Guidance, collaboration, and support from a team that wants you to win.
• Real independence. Work under an agreed fee or revenue-sharing arrangement and grow a practice that is genuinely yours.

What You'll Do

• Build your own client base in the industry or niche you know best.
• Run searches end to end, from first briefing to signed offer.
• Source, screen, and present candidates who make clients say
