Key responsibilities include:
- Leading and supervising process simulations for capacity analysis and layout design using specific software tools.
- Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver robust and aligned industrial solutions, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project implementation.
- Conducting data-driven analysis to support strategic and operational industrial decisions.
Requirements:
- Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
- At least 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrialization, and production environments.
- Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and proven experience in designing, implementing, and improving production lines.
- Demonstrated experience in industrial facility design, including optimizing plant layouts, workflows, and material flows.
- Proficiency in specialized industrial engineering software and tools, particularly CAD systems and process simulation tools.
