Industrial Design Engineer

The Industrial Design Engineer will lead the design, development, and continuous optimization of industrial systems to ensure manufacturing readiness, operational efficiency, and adaptability to varying demand scenarios. Responsibilities include defining and designing factory layouts with optimized workflows to enable efficient, robust, and scalable production and logistics, ensuring smooth material, product, and information flow. The role also involves acting as the ToP Responsible for transferring, implementing, and governing industrial knowledge and standards across the new PULSE NOVA operations ecosystem.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading and supervising process simulations for capacity analysis and layout design using specific software tools.
• Collaborating cross-functionally to deliver robust and aligned industrial solutions, ensuring effective collaboration and successful project implementation.
• Conducting data-driven analysis to support strategic and operational industrial decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field.
• At least 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrialization, and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes and proven experience in designing, implementing, and improving production lines.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial facility design, including optimizing plant layouts, workflows, and material flows.
• Proficiency in specialized industrial engineering software and tools, particularly CAD systems and process simulation tools.
