Industrial Engineer

Lead the design, development, and continuous optimization of industrial systems to ensure manufacturing readiness, operational efficiency, and adaptability to varying demand scenarios. Define and design factory layouts with optimized workflows to enable efficient, robust, and scalable production and logistics, ensuring smooth material, product, and information flow. Act as ToP Responsible for the transfer, implementation, and governance of industrial knowledge and standards of the company across the new PULSE NOVA operations ecosystem, ensuring learnt practices. Lead and supervise process simulations for capacity analysis and layouts design using specific software tools.

Location: ABU DHABI, AE

Requirements:

• Degree in Industrial Engineering or a related technical field, combined with at least 5+ years of experience in process engineering, industrialization, and production environments.
• Strong knowledge of the company’s manufacturing processes and ToP framework, with proven experience in designing, implementing, and improving production lines where these processes are executed.
• Demonstrated experience in industrial facility design, including the optimization of plant layouts, workflows, and material flows to improve efficiency, productivity, and scalability.
• Proficiency in specialized industrial engineering software and tools, particularly CAD systems and process simulation tools, with the ability to leverage them for design, analysis, and optimization purposes.

Skills:

• Solid background of Lean Manufacturing and Industry 4.0 for design and optimization of manufacturing lines.
• Cross-functional coordination to deliver robust and aligned industrial solutions, ensuring effective collaboration, stakeholder alignment, and successful project implementation.
• Data-driven analysis to support strategic and operational industrial decisions.
