About the Role
The position is responsible for providing technical consulting services that leverage the company’s intellectual property to assist the sales force in increasing account revenue and profitability. You will provide expert advice and assistance to the company staff and customers, working closely with local sales teams and application engineers. Your focus will be on auditing and assessing customer operations to identify areas where the company chemical applications and digital technology can optimize efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.

Key Responsibilities
- Provide technical consulting services to support sales and increase profitability.
- Understand the company's application portfolio and the industry processes impacted by these applications.
- Work with the sales team and application engineers to audit customer operations and promote the company programs' value.
- Conduct on-site audits, solve customer problems, and summarize findings in technical reports.
- Provide on-the-job product and sales training, identifying necessary training materials.
- Collaborate with Marketing, RDE, and Sales stakeholders to identify new product applications and training opportunities.
- Participate in the development and commercialization of new programs, including field trials and technical training.
- Track product margins monthly and engage stakeholders in discussions about deviations and alternatives.
- Support the development of strategic market plans, including target customer segments and revenue plans.
- Create value documentation and tools for the sales team to quantify the value of the company programs.
- Develop case studies and participate in industry seminars to showcase technologies.
- Maintain a high degree of technical knowledge by monitoring industry developments and trends.
- Grow the water treatment applications business by introducing new products and addressing customer challenges.
- Deploy the company technologies and digital solutions alongside PAC products and chemistries.
Skills and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering, science, or biotechnology (chemical, mechanical, industrial, chemistry, geochemistry).
- Strong background in water treatment chemistries and applications.
- Knowledge of water and wastewater plant operations and recycling systems.
- Familiarity with water automation, digital solutions, and managed operations.
- Understanding of microbiology, environmental chemistry, and local regulations.
- Experience troubleshooting water and wastewater plants, guiding the sales team to resolve issues.
- Agile, self-driven, and results-oriented mentality.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Role requires frequent domestic and international travel.
- Fluency in English is a must; candidates with fluency in Arabic are preferred.
