Position

The Global Business Solutions Monetization Strategy & Operations (MSO) organization at the company is crucial in driving the growth of the advertising business. As a Project Intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in various aspects of client solutions, including:

    Client Support & Campaign Execution:

    • Support Client Solutions Managers in managing advertiser relationships and day-to-day campaign operations.
    • Assist with campaign setup in Ads Manager, including validation, tracking, and optimization settings.
    • Monitor campaign delivery, identify potential issues, and provide optimization recommendations.
  • Product Adoption & Measurement:

    • Implement and troubleshoot conversion tracking for campaigns.
    • Assist in building Test & Learn frameworks using the company's measurement solutions.
    • Stay updated on product developments and ad formats.
  • Data Analysis & Reporting:

    • Compile and analyze campaign performance data to identify trends and optimization opportunities.
    • Support the creation of performance reports and post-campaign analysis.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration:

    • Work with internal teams such as Product, Measurement, Creative, and Operations to meet client needs.
    • Participate in team planning sessions and contribute to case studies and internal documentation.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum Qualifications:

    • Penultimate or final-year students.
    • Passionate about digital marketing with strong analytical skills and a proactive learning mindset.
    • Strong communication skills in English, with good teamwork abilities.
  • Preferred Qualifications:

    • Familiarity with digital advertising platforms or relevant coursework in marketing, business, or data analytics.
    • Understanding of digital media KPIs such as CPM, CPA, CTR, ROAS, and conversion metrics.
    • Experience with Excel and data visualization.
    • Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills and an interest in performance marketing or app marketing.

Language Requirements:

  • English (working language) with strong communication skills.
