Infor ERP SME

Dautom is seeking an experienced Infor ERP Subject Matter Expert (SME) to join our team in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field, along with 5-7 years of proven experience implementing Infor ERP solutions and a deep understanding of various modules such as Finance and Supply Chain. This position is on-site and full-time.

Key Requirements:

• In-depth knowledge of Infor ERP configuration, integration, and customization.
• Strong experience in business process mapping and requirements gathering.
• Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams.
• Experience with data migration, testing, and training activities during ERP implementations.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, results-driven approach.
• Infor ERP certifications (if available) are a plus.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment and mentor junior team members.

Preferred Skills:

• Previous experience in cross-functional or global ERP implementations.
• Knowledge of related tools like Infor ION, Infor CloudSuite, or Infor M3 is a plus.
• Experience with integration between Infor ERP and other enterprise systems.
• Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
