Responsibilities:
- Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of Informatica components (Secure Agent, Repository, Data Quality, Catalogue, Integration Services).
- Manage user access, roles, and privileges in compliance with organizational IT and data governance policies.
- Ensure high availability, performance tuning, and proactive monitoring of Informatica environments (Development, Testing, Production).
- Coordinate with Infrastructure and Network teams to manage data connectivity, storage configurations, and security certificates.
- Plan and execute platform upgrades, patches, and hotfix deployments with minimal downtime.
- Support data engineering and quality teams with connection setups, workflow deployments, and error resolution.
- Establish backup and recovery procedures and maintain environment documentation and audit trails.
- Collaborate with architecture and governance teams to align platform configurations with enterprise standards and future scalability plans.
- Provide guidance on best practices for Informatica usage, automation, and migration strategies.
Domain Expertise:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent.
- 5–7 years of experience in Informatica administration, including IDMC or on-prem solutions.
- Hands-on expertise in managing Secure Agents, Repository Services, Domain & Node configuration, and Integration Services.
Agile/Digital Experience:
- Experience working in Agile environments, managing technical backlogs, and supporting sprint-based delivery.
- Capable of coordinating across squads to ensure Informatica environment readiness for data projects.
