The company is seeking an Informatica Data Lakehouse – BDM, CDC & Axon Platform Administrator & Support Engineer. The position involves:
- Informatica Platform Administration (BDM/DEI): Administer and support the Informatica Data Engineering Integration (BDM/DEI) platform, manage configurations, services, and environment setups, and support Spark-based runtime execution for ETL pipelines.
- Batch Data Integration Support: Monitor and support ETL workflows, ensure SLA adherence for data loads into the Data Lakehouse, and optimize performance through various techniques.
- Real-Time Integration (CDC Support): Monitor CDC pipelines and troubleshoot issues to ensure reliable real-time data ingestion.
- Metadata & Governance (Axon Support): Administer Informatica Axon/Data Governance tools and maintain data governance standards across platforms.
- Platform & Runtime Support: Monitor Informatica services running on Tomcat and support Spark cluster execution.
- Database & Repository Management: Manage Informatica metadata repositories in Oracle, assessing performance and connectivity.
- Incident & Change Management: Provide production support, perform root cause analysis, and support deployments and production cutovers.
- Monitoring, Documentation & Automation: Maintain operational documentation and automate routine tasks.

- 5–8 years in Informatica platform administration and support.

- Familiarity with Data Lakehouse/Data Warehouse integration environments.
- Excellent troubleshooting and performance tuning skills.
- Experience in 24/7 SLA-driven production environments.
