ROLE: MASTER DATA MANAGEMENT (MDM) IMPLEMENTATION LEAD

KEY ACTIVITIES:
- Lead MDM tool implementation projects from requirements gathering through delivery, testing, go live till support handover.
- Bring the operational experience to ensure the solution is deliverable at acceptable risk to Accenture.
- Work across workstreams to support requirements gathering and documentation.
- Demonstrate MDM platform experience when communicating with clients on their requirements, turning these into technical solutions.
- Build and manage strong relationships with stakeholders and various teams internally and externally.
- Interact, guide, manage offshore teams supporting the implementation from offshore Delivery Centers.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, IT, or related fields.
- 8 years of overall experience with at least 2 years leading the delivery of MDM solutions.
- Knowledge of Informatica MDM solutions. Other MDM solutions experience is a plus.
- Able to translate Master Data Management processes into detailed designs and perform configurations in the tool.
- Informatica Data Quality (IDQ) and Data Catalogue skills are a plus.
- Experience with at least one of the listed platforms and modern data analytics solutions (Azure, GCP, Oracle Cloud).
- Experience working in a client-facing consulting environment.
- Self-motivation, proactiveness, and openness to changes.
- Ability to make things happen and to keep deadlines.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage unexpected situations.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Informatica certifications would be a plus.
- Native Arabic is a plus.
