Informatica Technical Architect – Data Integration

  Informatica Architecture & Design: Design and govern integration patterns (batch, near real-time, real-time) and establish architectural standards for development and operations.

• Data Integration & Engineering: Architect and oversee enterprise data integration pipelines utilizing Informatica for source system ingestion, transformations, and incremental/historical loads while ensuring scalable and reliable ETL/ELT frameworks.

• Real-Time Integration: Provide designs and support for real-time data integration using Informatica PowerExchange and ensure low-latency data availability.

• Platform & Runtime Architecture: Manage Informatica Runtime, Server, and Platform components across various environments to ensure stability and scalability.

• Database & Integration Layer: Optimize integrations with Oracle databases, ensuring effective connectivity and performance.

• Application & Execution Frameworks: Architect execution with application servers like Tomcat and distributed processing tools like Spark.

• Performance, Stability & Operations: Define strategies for performance tuning and ensure monitoring and recovery processes are in place, aiming for ≥99.9% uptime.

• Collaboration & Governance: Work alongside enterprise/data architects and data engineers, providing technical leadership to Informatica developers while participating in architecture reviews.

Required Skills & Expertise:

• Strong expertise in Informatica Data Engineering & Data Integration, with experience in Informatica PowerCenter and PowerExchange.
• Knowledge of real-time integration technologies and databases, particularly Oracle.
• Skills in performance tuning, scalability, and fault tolerance design.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication abilities.
