Position

This position works out of our UAE location in the company Diagnostics division. A technical expert focused on the end-to-end delivery of the AlinIQ Digital Health applications and at the center of delivering on the company's consumer healthcare strategy. Core responsibilities of this role include complex IT implementation, testing, training, and escalation management. Along with the technical aptitude, this role is client-facing, and individuals need to also possess excellent communication, critical thinking, and other soft skills to ensure high client satisfaction.

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for the end-to-end implementation, testing, and training of the company Digital applications with a focus on quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Apply technical IT and networking knowledge to analyze user needs, gather customer requirements, and design integrated, scalable, and comprehensive informatics solutions to improve automation and informatics solutions for clinical diagnostic healthcare customers.
  • Must be able to multi-task and coordinate with a complex network of departments throughout all levels of an organization, including sales representatives, lab managers, project managers, IT personnel, HIS and LIS personnel, internal and external vendors, contractors, and senior-level management.
  • Serves as an informatics applications expert for more junior members of the organization.
  • Develops mastery of the company's processes and the ability to lead by example across the Area delivery organization.
  • Responsible for implementing and maintaining the effectiveness of the quality system.
  • Adheres to and promotes the company's Code of Business Conduct.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Medical or Hospital Informatics, or related disciplines.
  • 2-3 years of relevant healthcare industry experience within the diagnostics segment in the region.
