Information Management Administrator

About the Job:
The company combines construction expertise with consultancy to unlock potential in every person or project and redefine the boundaries of ambition. The current project involves a large residential community in Dubai.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain accurate project documentation aligned with standards and protocols.
• Organize and store documents using PMIS tools (SharePoint, Aconex, PM Web, Oracle).
• Coordinate reviews and approvals with stakeholders to meet deadlines.
• Track pending reviews and implement version control practices.
• Conduct audits and quality checks to ensure document integrity.
• Manage workflows and provide training on PMIS tools and processes.
• Generate regular reports on review cycles and outstanding actions.
• Support clear communication and proactive document management in fast-paced environments.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years’ experience in document control within engineering or construction, ideally on large residential projects.
• Proficient in PMIS tools (SharePoint, Aconex, PM Web, Oracle) and Windows-based software.
• Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills in fast-paced environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder coordination abilities to meet tight deadlines.
• Middle East experience is an advantage.
