About the Job: Chalhoub Group has been a partner and creator of luxury experiences in the Middle East for over seven decades. In this role, the Information Security & AI Specialist will be vital in ensuring that AI systems and data assets are secure, compliant, and ethically managed, in line with global best practices and regional regulatory standards. The position involves driving security innovation, mitigating risks associated with AI technologies, and supporting the organization in adopting AI securely while ensuring data privacy and integrity. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute a comprehensive AI security strategy aligning with Chalhoub Group's business objectives and digital transformation goals. - Lead the integration of AI-driven security solutions into existing cybersecurity architecture, ensuring interoperability, scalability, and resilience. - Establish security frameworks for AI model development, deployment, and lifecycle management. - Collaborate with data governance teams to ensure adherence to privacy standards and ethical considerations for AI models. - Implement robust data protection measures in compliance with regional data protection laws and international standards. - Identify and assess emerging AI-driven security threats and implement proactive risk mitigation measures. - Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST 800-53, EU AI Act, and UAE's AI Ethics Guidelines. Requirements: - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Cybersecurity, Computer Science, Data Science, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field. - Advanced certifications or specialized courses in AI/ML or AI Security. - Practical experience with securing AI/ML models and knowledge of security frameworks for AI/ML models. - Proficiency with popular AI/ML tools and libraries. - Understanding of AI-specific risks such as model poisoning and adversarial attacks.
