Information Security Governance & Awareness Manager

About the Job:
The Information Security Governance & Awareness Manager is responsible for ensuring compliance with the SAMA Cyber Security Framework, NCA frameworks, and other applicable regulatory requirements. Core responsibilities include overseeing procedures and controls for compliance, managing risk analysis and self-assessments, and reporting to various Risk Committees within the bank. The role involves liaising with multiple functions to address compliance issues, tracking and reporting on relevant security controls and standards, and developing key indicators in line with regulatory requirements. Furthermore, the manager will implement a security awareness program to enhance the knowledge of end users regarding evolving cybersecurity threats. The position also includes managing the execution of the information security strategy, maintaining policies, and ensuring alignment with regulatory requirements and best practices.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Approximately 4 years of experience, with a preferred 2 years in a relevant role.
