Position

Akkodis is seeking an Information Security Manager with a strong background in information and data security. This role requires expertise in both offensive and defensive security, along with a solid understanding of various information technology domains including applications, architectures, networking, and infrastructures.

Requirements:

  • At least a bachelor’s degree in computer science or cybersecurity
  • Excellent English written and spoken communication skills
  • Strong management and leadership skills
  • Good interpersonal relationship and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Open-mindedness to an international environment
  • Familiarity with international information security standards (e.g., ISO 27001, CIS, NIST)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Regional CSO and Senior Information Security Manager in defining the Cyber Defense Strategy
  • Define and update policy and process frameworks
  • Manage security tools including vulnerability scanners and cloud security monitoring
  • Define and maintain security KPI and KRI dashboards
  • Govern SOC deliverables and maintain KPI compliance
  • Guide Security Analysts in investigations and alerts
  • Ensure SOC monitors all operations and infrastructure from a security perspective
  • Manage risk assessment functions, particularly around third-party risks
  • Lead the implementation of complex information security and cyber defense projects
  • Collaborate on key transformation projects to enhance data protection and identity management
  • Ensure compliance with local legal and regulatory requirements relating to Cyber Defense

Desirable Qualifications:

  • Recognized certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, GCIH
  • Cloud specialization certifications (e.g., Microsoft Certified: Azure Security Engineer Associate, AWS Certified Security – Specialty)
  • Good knowledge of local laws and regulations impacting cybersecurity

Language Requirements: Excellent command of the English language is essential.
