We are seeking an Information Security Manager to collaborate with regulators, management, and the Risk and Compliance team. This role involves overseeing all aspects of information security, ensuring documentation and reports are accurate and compliant.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage information security policies and implement them into actionable procedures for compliance.
• Report and communicate InfoSec risk and compliance matters to stakeholders.
• Advise on cross-functional security risk and compliance topics.
• Draft and support responses to regulatory RFIs.
• Ensure consistent delivery of InfoSec services across functions.
• Identify gaps in policies or processes and drive improvements.

What You'll Need:

• 3+ years of experience in information security management within financial services, banking, or payments.
• Knowledge of information security governance, risk management, and compliance management.
• Understanding of information security controls and their operation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to Have:

• Relevant information security certifications (CISSP, CISM, CRISC, CISA).
• Knowledge of building SQL queries for business intelligence or management information.
