Information Security Manager

Akkodis is seeking an Information Security Manager to support the regional Cyber Defense Strategy. The role requires a positive attitude and a problem-solving mindset, with an emphasis on supporting the organization's best interests. The ideal candidate will possess expert knowledge of information and data security, both offensive and defensive security, and have a strong understanding of information technology, including applications, architectures, networking, and infrastructures.

Key responsibilities include:

• Supporting the Regional CSO and Senior Information Security Manager
• Defining and updating policy and process frameworks
• Managing security tools and maintaining security KPIs and KRIs
• Guiding the Security Analysts and ensuring comprehensive monitoring from a security perspective
• Leading implementation of complex projects related to Information Security and Cyber Defense
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Cybersecurity
• Expert knowledge in information and data security
• Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Management and leadership skills

Desirable Qualifications:

• Professional certifications such as CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, or GCIH
• Knowledge of cloud platforms and security
• Familiarity with local laws and regulations impacting cybersecurity
