Revolut is looking for a highly technical and experienced Lead Information Security Manager. This role involves overseeing information security for operations in the UAE, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulatory requirements, including those set by the UAE Central Bank.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee information security for Revolut’s UAE operations and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with the global Information Security team to improve the maturity, automation, and scalability of InfoSec operations.
- Conduct risk and control assessments within product and technology teams and provide actionable insights.
- Proactively manage risks to prevent security incidents and ensure compliance within technology risk frameworks.
- Build and maintain relationships with UAE regulators, representing Revolut’s IT and InfoSec policies.
- Deliver insightful technology risk reports to the Board and Executive Committees.
- Coordinate internal and external compliance reviews and complete third-party security risk assessments.
- Report security status and events to senior management.
What You'll Need:
- 5+ years of experience in information security and IT operations, ideally within the banking or financial services industry.
- Advanced experience in technical security disciplines and information security requirements.
- Experience with intra-group outsourcing of InfoSec and IT services.
- Proven track record in delivering localized IT/InfoSec policies and procedures to meet regulatory requirements.
- Strong understanding of compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
- Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks.
Nice to Have:
- Experience performing IT audits or working as a Technology Risk Manager in financial services or technology.
- Familiarity with industry and regulatory standards related to technology and security (SOX, SOC2, ISO, COBIT, ITIL, etc.).
