Key Responsibilities:
- Chair a cybersecurity and BCM committee, ensuring all relevant topics and decisions are communicated to senior management.
- Implement the bank’s cybersecurity strategy in compliance with local regulatory requirements.
- Conduct regular self-assessments for adherence to SAMA, CMA, Tadawul, and NCA cybersecurity regulations.
- Manage internal and external audit activities related to Cybersecurity and BCM.
- Tailor and implement the global UBS employee cybersecurity awareness program to meet local regulatory needs.
- Collaborate with regional Information Security teams and central cyber threat assessment teams.
- Coordinate annual BCM testing exercises, including crisis management and cybersecurity simulations.
- Ensure proper risk assessment, vulnerability testing, and tracking of risks until closure.
Your Expertise:
- At least 5 years of experience in a senior information security role, focusing on governance and regulatory topics.
- Familiarity with SAMA and CMA cybersecurity frameworks, and experience with NCA Essential Cybersecurity controls and SDAIA Personal Data Protection Law.
- Proven interaction with key regulators in Saudi Arabia (SAMA, CMA, Tadawul).
- Specialization in cybersecurity with qualifications such as CISSP or postgraduate studies in cybersecurity.
- Extensive experience working with or consulting for global organizations in Cyber Security, Information Security, or Risk Control.
- Experience in the Financial Services sector, particularly in investment banking, is beneficial.
- Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with stakeholders at various levels.
