As part of the Steer Studios team, you will collaborate with top global gaming talents who have relocated to Riyadh, as well as innovative and hardworking Saudis. We seek an IT Administrator with experience in setting up and managing robust infrastructure and computing systems management. In this pivotal role, you will design and implement various networks and user solutions for the Steer Studios team, ensuring high availability and robustness of services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct preventative maintenance on various infrastructure services critical for studio production and operations.
  • Assist with all L2 escalations related to Firewalls, Switches, Network equipment, Storage, Virtual Machines, and SaaS services.
  • Manage permissions, rules, and policies for various software used in the company.
  • Design, maintain, and troubleshoot Active Directory group policies, login scripts, DNS, and DHCP.
  • Maintain Active Directory and virtual servers.
  • Build and configure Windows and VMware servers.
  • Assist in evaluating new requirements, technical design, and standards for the studio.
  • Oversee data backup and restoration processes.
  • Maintain documentation for various IT solutions deployed in the organization.
  • Monitor deployed services and support automated reporting efficiently.
  • Communicate effectively with all stakeholders in a timely and clear manner.
  • Provide end-user support (level 3 and above).

Qualifications and Key Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Adaptability to a constantly evolving production environment.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • 5+ years of Systems Administration and Support experience.
  • 2+ years of experience as a Storage or Virtualization Administrator preferred.
  • Strong ITSM management skills.
  • Hands-on experience with ManageEngine/ServiceNow products preferred.
  • Proficiency in Windows server installation and administration (Active Directory, Group Policy, DHCP, DNS, DFS/R, Office 365).
  • Linux configuration and administration skills (RHEL/Ubuntu).
  • Experience in VMware/Nutanix/Hypervisor installation and administration via vCLI/API/Ansible.

Bonus Skills:

  • Familiarity with software such as JIRA, Confluence, Slack, Perforce, ManageEngine, Adobe Suite, Microsoft Office, and Miro.
  • Knowledge of programming languages like Python, SQL, PowerShell, and Bash.
  • Skills in scripting and automation.
  • Familiarity with A/V systems.
