Job Responsibilities:

• Provide first-line support to users for password reset and account setup.
• Offer first-line technical support to users experiencing issues with hardware, software, and other systems.
• Perform initial diagnostics and troubleshooting to resolve basic technical problems.
• Respond to and manage incoming technical support requests via phone, email, or ticketing systems.
• Conduct basic software installation and configuration.
• Collaborate with other technical teams to ensure seamless support for end-users.

Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Work Conditions: On-site, Full-time; Eligible for remote/onsite/hybrid work arrangements

Language Requirements:

• Good level of spoken English
