Information Technology Business Analyst

About the Job:
The company is seeking an Information Technology Business Analyst to engage with business stakeholders and understand their needs, objectives, pain points, and functional requirements. This position involves conducting requirement-gathering workshops, translating requirements into detailed Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and coordinating with various teams throughout the implementation lifecycle. The role also includes supporting solution discussions, testing activities, and ensuring clear communication with stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand business needs and objectives.
• Conduct requirement-gathering workshops with stakeholders.
• Analyze requirements and create detailed documentation (BRDs, FRDs, User Stories).
• Collaborate closely with technical teams and support solution discussions.
• Perform functional analysis and support various testing phases.
• Maintain requirement traceability and ensure effective stakeholder communication.

Mandatory Skills & Experience:

• Strong experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain.
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Banking, Digital Banking, or Internet Banking applications.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent stakeholder-management and communication skills.
• Understanding of APIs, system integrations, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

Preferred Skills:

• Prior experience as an IT Business Analyst within a bank or digital banking transformation program.
• Familiarity with banking products such as Payments, Loans, and Digital Channels.
• Experience with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, or Figma.
