Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the full sales cycle, from lead generation and nurturing to opportunity management, including lead qualification, proposal development, and deal negotiation and closing.
- Conduct second-stage interviews for candidate selection and evaluation to ensure alignment with project needs.
- Perform market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities and understand competitor strategies.
- Focus on client relationship management by developing long-term partnerships, anticipating client needs, resolving issues, and facilitating regular face-to-face meetings.
- Engage in account mapping and maintain accurate CRM data for effective stakeholder engagement.
- Report on sales activities and revenue forecasts utilizing CRM tools, while supporting invoicing and payment recovery.
- Develop deep expertise in Akkodis's service offerings to effectively communicate value propositions.
- Collaborate with various internal departments (HR, Talent Acquisition, Finance) and manage consultants, including annual appraisals.
- Stay updated on industry trends and uphold the highest ethical standards.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree in engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Preferably 2 years of business development experience.
- Strong understanding of IT and engineering principles and technologies, with expertise in the GCC region and a robust business network within the GCC ICT market.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English is required.
- Experience with CRM tools, preferably Salesforce.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
