Information Technology Business Partner

About the Job:
The ideal candidate will possess a strong functional understanding of finance and accounting processes combined with experience in enterprise applications, ERP implementation, financial systems integration, and stakeholder management. This role will work closely with CFOs, finance controllers, accounting teams, trade teams, auditors, tax teams, and IT delivery teams to ensure that finance technology solutions align with business goals, governance requirements, operational efficiency objectives, and reporting standards.

Responsibilities:

• Act as the primary IT relationship manager for finance and accounting business functions.
• Understand finance operational challenges, strategic priorities, and process improvement opportunities.
• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and implementation roadmaps.
• Partner with finance leadership to drive digital transformation initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between finance processes, enterprise systems, and data governance strategies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Finance, Accounting, Business Information Systems, or related discipline.
• Professional certifications are an advantage, such as:
  • CPA
  • ACCA
  • CMA
  • PMP
  • PRINCE2
  • ERP certifications
