Work Conditions: Full-time

Key Responsibilities:
- Program Leadership: Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex Cash Management and Payments projects, ensuring they meet strategic business goals, are on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Project Governance: Manage comprehensive project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate project risks and issues.
- Stakeholder Management: Serve as the primary point of contact, facilitating clear and consistent communication across all levels, including business units, IT, Operations, external vendors, and Senior Management.
- Cross-Functional Coordination: Effectively coordinate and align activities between Business, IT, Operations, and third-party vendors to ensure seamless integration and collaboration.
- Compliance & Governance: Ensure all project activities and deliverables comply with UAE Central Bank regulations, internal bank policies, and governance frameworks.
- Reporting & Tracking: Track project milestones, budgets, and timelines meticulously. Prepare and deliver regular, concise status reports and dashboards for Senior Management and steering committees.
Mandatory Skills & Experience:
- Domain Expertise: Strong, in-depth knowledge of Cash Management and Payments products, systems, processes, and industry trends.
- Industry Experience: Mandatory hands-on experience working with UAE Banks, with a clear understanding of the local regulatory environment and market practices.
- Leadership Provenance: Demonstrated success in leading and delivering large-scale transformation or complex delivery programs in a banking context.
- Project Management: Expertise in end-to-end project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Professional project management certification (PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent) is highly preferred.
Education & Background:
- A bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Information Technology, or a related field is required. An advanced degree (e.g., MBA) is a plus.
- Industry Background: Must come from a Banking or related financial services background.
