This role requires practical skills in various IT areas including Office 365 Administration, Azure, Networking, Device Management, and security. You will be responsible for monitoring and managing our systems, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in QA, staging, and production environments, as well as providing support for networking components such as Firewalls, Switches, and Wi-Fi.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Software, DevSecOps, and IT engineers to manage systems.
- Assist in the administration of Office 365 and Azure environments.
- Manage and maintain firewalls and implement necessary security updates and patching.
- Support IT asset management and ensure proper documentation and inventory control.
- Assist with Windows troubleshooting and IT service management tasks.
- Manage and support Intune for device management and handle email administration.
Requirements
- Hands-on experience in Office 365 administration and Azure.
- Good understanding of networking concepts (e.g., IP, DNS, DHCP, VPN, Wi-Fi).
- Experience in firewall management and IT asset management.
- Strong problem-solving skills and effective communication abilities.
- 5 years of hands-on experience as IT/System Administrator.
- Relevant certifications or coursework in IT (e.g., MCSE, Microsoft 365 Certified) are advantageous.
