YOUR DAY TO DAY
As an Information Technology Intern, your responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Providing first-level IT support to both guests and team members.
- Assisting with daily IT operational tasks and standard checklists.
- Monitoring and verifying daily backup processes.
- Supporting the IT team with administrative duties and documentation.
- Assisting with basic troubleshooting of computer hardware, software, and network-related issues.
- Escalating and following up on support requests when required.
- Maintaining accurate records of IT activities and support tickets.
- Keeping an up-to-date inventory of IT hardware and software.
WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU
We are looking for candidates with:
- Basic knowledge of computer systems, networking, and IT concepts.
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work flexible shifts, including weekends and public holidays when required.
- Basic troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a qualification in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
- A commitment of 6 – 12 months.
