We are seeking an experienced and results-driven IT Manager to lead all aspects of IT operations. You will set the company’s technology direction, manage infrastructure and cybersecurity initiatives, and ensure seamless, secure, and scalable operations that support business growth. This role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic vision. You will guide an experienced IT team, manage vendors and budgets, and drive initiatives across cloud, networking, and security to deliver reliable, high-performance systems for a 24/7 financial trading environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee onsite and remote IT support across all international offices.
- Lead the IT team, including system administrators and support engineers, promoting collaboration and accountability.
- Develop and enforce IT policies, ITSM processes, and cybersecurity protocols aligned with best practices.
- Manage network infrastructure, data centers, and enterprise systems to ensure 99.99% uptime and service reliability.
- Implement zero-trust architecture and cloud-first strategies to strengthen security and scalability.
- Oversee firewalls, endpoint protection, VPN access, and threat monitoring to safeguard company systems.
- Drive business continuity and disaster recovery planning, ensuring timely backups and restoration testing.
- Manage IT budgets, vendor relationships, and SLAs, optimizing ROI on technology investments.
- Maintain IT asset inventory and oversee procurement in a cost-effective and compliant manner.
- Collaborate with leadership across departments to align IT initiatives with business goals.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
- Proven experience managing IT infrastructure, networking, and cybersecurity within corporate environments.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, enterprise systems, and data center operations.
- Expertise in security frameworks, compliance, and ITIL/ITSM practices.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Demonstrated ability to balance operational excellence and strategic innovation.
- Experience in fintech, trading, or financial services preferred.
