Position

About the Role
You will troubleshoot and resolve technical problems or issues related to computer software and systems. Your role includes providing technical guidance and recommendations to resolve business problems, analyzing, recommending, and implementing process improvements. You will interact with computer and peripheral equipment by entering commands and activating controls to integrate and operate the equipment. Responsibilities also include troubleshooting, modifying, supporting, managing, and maintaining applications programs and user accounts. Additionally, you will maintain records of daily data communication transactions, problems encountered, remedial actions taken, and installation activities. You will be responsible for training or instructing users in the proper use of hardware or software, as well as managing and coordinating the planning, design, operations, maintenance, and resource allocation of telecommunications activities, which includes client/server support and strategic and tactical planning.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, disciplining, and motivating employees.
  • Serve as a role model and first point of contact for the Guarantee of Fair Treatment/Open Door Policy process.
  • Develop and maintain positive working relationships with team members.
  • Support the team to reach common goals while listening and responding appropriately to concerns.
  • Follow company policies and procedures to protect company assets.
  • Communicate using clear and professional language.
  • Ensure adherence to quality expectations and standards.
  • Identify, recommend, develop, and implement new methods to increase organizational efficiency, productivity, quality, safety, or cost-savings.
  • Verify information visually and enter or locate it using computers/Point of Sale (POS) systems.
  • Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 10 pounds without assistance.
  • Perform other reasonable job duties as requested by Supervisors.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Education: Technical, Trade, or Vocational School Degree.
  • Related Work Experience: At least 2 years of related work experience.
  • Supervisory Experience: No supervisory experience required.
  • License or Certification: None required.
