Information Technology Officer

About the Role
The position involves providing daily IT and Help Desk support to ensure that technical issues are resolved efficiently. You will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining the network, communication systems, hardware, and software within the organization. Supporting various hotel departments with their IT requirements and system-related issues is a key aspect of this role.

Responsibilities

• Provide daily IT and Help Desk support and resolve technical issues efficiently.
• Monitor and maintain network, communication systems, hardware, and software.
• Support hotel departments with their IT requirements and system-related issues.
• Coordinate with IT vendors and service providers when required.
• Ensure IT systems are properly maintained, secure, and available.
• Implement company IT policies related to data security, backup, and business continuity.
• Provide basic IT training and guidance to colleagues.
• Comply with hotel health, safety, security, and environmental policies.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Previous IT support experience, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Good knowledge of hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
• Strong communication, problem-solving, and customer-service skills.
