As an IT Operations Engineer, you will be responsible for the cost, schedule, and technical performance of assigned projects. Your core responsibilities will include:
- Leading and participating in operations, outage, incident, and safety meetings.
- Supporting internal applications, systems, and infrastructure.
- Assisting in the installation, racking, cabling, and maintenance of equipment.
- Writing code, performing programming, testing, debugging, and application support.
- Building, testing, and maintaining deployment and automation scripts.
- Assembling and installing operational equipment, including racks, cabinets, and related infrastructure.
- Supporting telephone system hardware, cabling, and communication infrastructure changes.
- Creating and managing tickets while adhering to customer authentication and sign-in procedures.
- Monitoring operational status boards and problem management boards.
- Providing project leadership and supervising junior team members.
- Preparing technical and operational presentations for customers and management.
- Designing, maintaining, hosting, transforming, and analyzing operational processes.
- Installing and maintaining mechanical and operational equipment within plant or data center environments.
- Performing inventory management and data entry for received goods and assets.
- Collaborating with project teams to design solutions aligned with enterprise architecture standards.
You will also participate in on-call rotations within a 24x7 operational environment and support ITIL processes including Incident Management, Problem Management, Change Management, Release Management, and Patch Management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Engineering, or related discipline. Equivalent combination of education and relevant experience may be considered.
Preferred Certifications:
- ITIL Foundation / ITIL v4
- CCNA
- CCNP
- RHCE (Red Hat Certified Engineer)
- AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner / Associate
