As the Information Technology Operations Manager, you will lead the IT infrastructure, service management, and operations at the company. Your primary responsibilities will include overseeing a team to ensure seamless operations across all offices, dark stores, and cloud kitchens. Key areas of focus will include helpdesk support, infrastructure management, security, access control, and call center solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Infrastructure & IT Operations Management:

    • Oversee the design, deployment, and management of IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability and performance.
    • Manage infrastructure in cloud kitchens, dark stores, and corporate offices, ensuring operational efficiency.
    • Implement and maintain robust backup, disaster recovery, and business continuity plans.
  • Helpdesk and Support Services:

    • Manage the IT Helpdesk function, ensuring timely support to internal users and resolution of service requests.
    • Implement ITIL best practices to enhance support processes.
  • Security and Access Management:

    • Oversee the company’s IT security strategy, ensuring systems and data protection across locations.
    • Collaborate with the security team to monitor threats and manage vulnerabilities.
  • Call Center Solutions:

    • Oversee the implementation and management of call center solutions for seamless integration into operations.
  • Strategy & Planning:

    • Contribute to the development and execution of division goals, ensuring alignment with other functions.
  • Governance and Resilience:

    • Follow relevant policies and procedures to ensure controlled daily operations.
    • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
  • People Management:

    • Set performance objectives and evaluate direct reports, while supporting their growth.
  • Budget Management:

    • Manage the budgeting cycle and ensure effective utilization of the function's budget.

Qualifications / Requirements:

  • 8 - 10 years of experience in IT operations, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Experience managing IT operations across multiple locations.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networks, security, and helpdesk management.
  • Knowledge of the ITIL framework and best practices for IT service management.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Education and Certifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science.
  • A Master’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.
