Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead project teams throughout the project life cycle, including setting project parameters and producing detailed project plans.
- Collaborate with Business leads, Product Owners, Engineering PODs, and Architecture peers to build and deploy product designs for new features and offerings.
- Initiate governance for the program aligned with the strategic objectives of the technology and data organizations.
- Work with diverse delivery teams to plan the program from start to completion, including milestones and dependencies.
- Monitor project activities and ensure compliance with established guidelines across portfolio and program management practices.
- Maintain clear communication with stakeholders regarding progress, financials, and risks.
- Convert requirements into actionable product/service specifications that influence technology solutions development.
Qualifications:
- University degree, preferably in a STEM field (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics).
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing technology projects within the banking industry, including end-to-end delivery and IT integration initiatives.
- Significant knowledge of project management methodologies such as Waterfall and Agile.
- Proven stakeholder management skills and experience managing multi-location and distributed teams.
