Information Technology Project Coordinator (E-Commerce)

About the Job:
Reporting to the IT manager based in Dubai and working closely with the Local Digital Team and the IT Europe team based in Paris, the mission for this role includes:

• Supporting the IT Team on E-commerce & E-services related projects.
• Ensuring project coordination between local teams, Europe, Global Channel teams, and external partners as needed.
• Following up on technical planning and linking all stakeholders, including project managers, developers, the digital team, and businesses.

Main IT Expertise Required:

• Hands-on experience in digital and technical integration of platforms.
• Comprehensive knowledge of the IT landscape, particularly in IT architecture, application architectures, tools, and flow typologies.
• Understanding of APIs and associated programming languages.
• Familiarity with Order Fulfillment processes, WMS, PSP, Click & Collect, Customer Care, CRM, PIM, and pricing ERP.
• Ability to comprehend business needs and challenges.
• An analytical mindset is advantageous.
• Comfort with complex setups.

• Project Management: Ability to structure, organize, federate, and coordinate.
• Agility: Capable of collaborating with all involved parties, testing, learning, and pivoting as necessary.
• Tech Savvy: Flexible and adaptable.

Language Requirements:

• English is a must.
• Arabic and/or French would be an advantage.
