Key responsibilities include:
- Administrative Support: Assist the project manager with scheduling and organizing meetings.
- Documentation Management: Ensure that all project documentation is complete, accurate, and easily accessible.
- Resource Coordination: Help with the allocation of resources and materials needed for the project.
- Communication: Serve as a point of contact between stakeholders, project teams, and contractors to ensure effective communication.
- Project Scheduling: Coordinate project timelines and deadlines, tracking milestones and ensuring adherence to schedules.
- Financial Tracking: Assist in monitoring project budgets and processing invoices.
