As a Project Coordinator at Avrioc Technologies, you will collaborate closely with Data Engineers, Data Scientists, AI Engineers, Front-End, and Back-End Developers to plan and manage projects across various teams. Your key responsibilities include supporting the Head of the AI Department in organizing workflows, managing project timelines, and ensuring effective communication between teams to drive successful project outcomes. Responsibilities
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to track project progress and ensure deadlines are met.
- Manage and prioritize project tickets, tasks, and timelines using Jira, ensuring smooth execution.
- Maintain Confluence pages and ensure documentation is regularly updated and accessible.
- Facilitate communication between various team Points of Contact (POCs) to resolve issues and gain updates.
- Prepare reports on project status, progress, and potential risks for reviews.
- Assist in preparing client presentations using PowerPoint, including project updates and future plans.
- Monitor internal processes and ensure all procedures are followed.
- Draft, manage, and update project documentation, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
- Coordinate project meetings, capturing key discussion points and action items.
- Proactively identify risks and support in developing mitigation strategies.
Skills and Attributes
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira for managing tickets and workflows.
- Experience using Confluence for documentation and knowledge management.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel for report generation and presentation creation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Attention to detail in report creation and document management.
- Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Time management skills for timely project execution and prioritization.
- Experience with client-facing roles, including preparation of presentations.
- Understanding of internal processes or a similar company framework.
Good to have
- Knowledge of LaTeX for generating technical or well-formatted reports.
Qualification & Requirements
- 3-6 years of experience in project coordination or a similar role.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field such as Business Administration, IT, Project Management, or equivalent.
- Experience preparing client presentations and managing communication effectively.
- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and experience working in an Agile environment is a plus.
