Key Accountabilities:

  • Plan and oversee project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
  • Develop executive-level presentations, reports, and storytelling materials to communicate project insights and strategies effectively.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to capture and translate executive visions into actionable plans during meetings and events.
  • Organize and manage corporate events to enhance customer engagement and promote brand visibility.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with internal teams and clients to drive project alignment and satisfaction.
  • Monitor project performance and implement improvements to meet deadlines and customer expectations.
  • Utilize advanced MS Office Suite tools to create professional presentations, analyze data, and manage documentation.

Role Requirements:

Qualifications and Education:

  • Essential: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Preferable: Certification in Project Management (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) or Marketing.

Experience:

  • Essential: Minimum of 5-6 years of experience in project coordination, preferably within a technology firm.
  • Preferable: Experience in marketing or customer engagement roles.

Training:

  • Essential: Training in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Preferable: Public speaking and corporate event management training.

Specialized Knowledge and Skills:

  • Essential: Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite, particularly PowerPoint and Excel.
