Information Technology Security Manager

About the Job:
Akkodis is seeking an Information Technology Security Manager to support the Regional Chief Security Officer and the Senior Information Security Manager in defining the Cyber Defense Strategy. The successful candidate will play a vital role in managing security tools, defining policy frameworks, and leading complex projects related to Information Security and Cyber Defense.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Regional CSO and Senior Information Security Manager in defining the Cyber Defense Strategy.
• Define and update policy and process frameworks.
• Manage security tools including vulnerability scanners and cloud security monitoring tools.
• Establish and maintain security KPIs and dashboards in collaboration with IT Operations.
• Guide Security Analysts in alerts and investigations.
• Ensure compliance with Cyber Defense and SOC legal and regulatory requirements.
• Collaborate on IT initiatives and key transformation projects.
• Lead Cyber Defense Governance activities.

Required Skills:

• Positive attitude and problem-solving mindset.
• Strong knowledge of information and data security.
• Expert in both Offensive and Defensive Security.
• Solid understanding of Information Technology architecture and infrastructures.
• Excellent English written and spoken communication skills.
• Bachelor's degree in computer science or cybersecurity.
• Familiarity with International Information Security Standards (ISO 27001, CIS, NIST).

Desirable Skills:

• Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, OSCP, GPEN, GCIH) and cloud specializations (Azure Security Engineer, AWS Security Specialty).
• Knowledge of local laws and regulations affecting Cybersecurity.

Language Requirements:

• Excellent command of English, both written and spoken.
