Information Technology Specialist

About the Job:
Trend Micro, a global cybersecurity leader, is seeking a full-time Information Technology Specialist to provide general IT services for employees in the Middle East and Africa Region, specifically in Saudi Arabia.

As an IT engineer, you will be responsible for:

• Designing hardware configurations and installing software.
• Managing network systems and providing training to staff on operating procedures.
• Proactively supporting users and events as an IT helpdesk engineer.
• Researching, tuning, and implementing AI/automation solutions on Power Platform in collaboration with your team.
• Handling security alerts and responding to incidents as they arise.
• Collaborating with the corporate IT team to maintain regional IT infrastructure and support endpoint compliance.
• Self-managing to achieve goals while maintaining good time management.
• Acting as a liaison to collect business needs and working with the regional IT team to create action plans.
• Traveling when necessary.

Qualifications:

• Over two years of IT helpdesk experience.
• Practical experience with Microsoft low-code platforms and AI is a plus.
• At least a bachelor’s degree in a computer-related field.
• Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).
• Strong communication skills, proactive work ethic, and a willingness to self-learn.
• Familiarity with Windows, MacOS, Linux, automated installation and maintenance, and security protections.
• Preferred certifications: Azure AI Fundamentals, AAD, AWS-Cloud Practitioner, CCNA, MCSA.
